We currently have places available in our Nursery class and in our Year 1, 2 and 6 classes. If interested, please see the section on In-Year Admissions below. (Information correct as at March 2018).
The Governors can accept applications for in-year admissions into the school at any time via the school office and submission of a completed In-Year Admission Form and Supplementary Information Form. Admissions will depend on vacancies in the relevant year groups. If there are more applicants than places available, then the most recent published over-subscription criteria will apply. Parents/Guardians have the opportunity to place their names on the Continued Interest List if a place is not available at the time of the application. For in-year applications, parents wishing to make an appeal should contact the school office on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Further information on in-year applications can be found on the below link.

Reception Admissions for Year 2018-19
All school admission authorities are required to undertake consultation on their admission arrangements if they are changing their arrangements. Even if no changes are being made, they are still required to carry out a consultation at least once every seven years. As St Mary’s is a voluntary-aided school, the Governing Body is the admitting authority.
The Governing Body undertook a consultation on our draft admissions arrangements for the academic year 2016-17, which took place between 2 January and 27 February 2015. Responses were received from Hertfordshire County Council and from the Diocese of St Albans. Following from that, the Governing Body has determined the admission arrangements for the academic year 2018-19 as follows:
